Air Panel Filter
This type of bag filter is capable of handling up to 50 gm/Nm3 dust loads with guaranteed emission level of even less than 10 mg/Nm3. It can handle very fine and light dust at low pressure. This bag filter is mainly used where the dust material density is less than 100 kg/m3.

Uses of Air Filter Panel
Pre-filter’s media has three to five layers of HDPE wire mesh backed with GI/SS wire, five or more layers of wire mesh of different sizes pleated and straight formation, cotton net with wire mesh
The PVC perforation sheet is in crimped formation and then the media is encased in a metallic frame/cardboard frame, uniformly separated by a metallic spacer. In this Air Panel Filter, different guards are used for the protection of the media. Fine Filter’s media is a compressed woollen felt/synthetic needle felt stitched with wire mesh. Hepa Filter’s media is a 100% micro glass fiber paper pleated over corrugated paper/aluminum separator encased in an aluminum/G.I. frame.
